crop top made out of leggings

how i did it:

cut a hole in the middle of both legs [where the crotch would be]

sewn around the edge of that so it doesnt continue to fray.

added lace and velvet ribbon to sleeves after cutting off band of elastic [sleeves obviously the legs]

and its partially see through.
